Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage client accounts, update records, and perform data entry with accuracy
- Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer requests or surveys
- Assist with processing client applications by phone when necessary
- Provide detailed product or service information to clients and resolve issues promptly
- Support sales initiatives by promoting products or services during interactions
- Maintain organized documentation of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other computer tools to generate reports and analyze customer data
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive customer experiences
Skills
- Multilingual abilities; Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Strong customer support and client services experience, especially in call center settings
- Proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Office applications, and general computer skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette
- Outbound calling experience with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Analysis skills for interpreting customer data and feedback effectively.
