Responsibilities
- Present and explain treatment plans recommended by doctors
- Educate patients on treatment options, insurance benefits, and financial arrangements
- Coordinate scheduling for restorative, specialty, and follow-up treatment
- Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with understanding coverage
- Support treatment acceptance through clear communication and patient education
- Follow up with patients regarding outstanding treatment needs
- Collaborate closely with doctors, hygienists, and front office team members
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Help create a positive and welcoming patient experience
- Support office goals related to patient retention and treatment completion

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of dental experience preferred
- Previous Treatment Coordinator, Dental Receptionist, Dental Assistant, or Front Desk experience preferred
- Strong understanding of dental insurance and treatment planning
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to explain treatment and financial options in a professional, compassionate manner
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar dental software preferred
