What You'll Do
As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you'll play a vital role in helping patients achieve and maintain healthy smiles by:
- Performing comprehensive dental hygiene assessments
- Providing routine cleanings and preventive care
- Administering periodontal therapy and maintenance treatment
- Taking and reviewing digital radiographs
- Educating patients on oral health and home care
- Reviewing medical and dental histories
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborating with dentists and specialists to deliver exceptional patient care
- Following OSHA and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) License in good standing
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Strong knowledge of dental hygiene principles and periodontal therapy
- Experience with digital radiography and electronic dental records
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
- Commitment to delivering outstanding patient care
Preferred
- Experience in a fast-paced general dentistry practice
- Passion for patient education and preventive dentistry
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
