Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
- Develop new business opportunities.
- Join meetings with U.S. and Japanese clients as an interpreter and coordinator.
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentation materials.
- Handle import/export paperwork and coordinate shipments.
- Communicate with suppliers in Asia and customers in the U.S.
- Travel within the U.S. and to Japan (1–2 times a year).
- Bachelor’s degree required (recent graduates are welcome to apply).
- Bilingual in Japanese and English — fluency in both languages for business communication.
- Strong English communication and interpretation skills.
- Team-oriented, eager to learn, and able to work cooperatively across departments.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (Sponsorship is not available).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for commuting and local business visits.
Salary : $69,000 - $72,000
