You will work in a supportive, team-oriented environment and gain hands-on experience with servers, networks, and client support while receiving on-the-job training.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide IT support remotely and through on-site visits to client locations as neededCollaborate with internal engineers and communicate technical issues clearly to clientsPerform maintenance and basic administration of servers, workstations, and network environmentsMonitor network and system performance and assist with troubleshooting connectivity or hardware issuesQualificationsMust be authorized to work in the U.S.Japanese / English bilingual (business-level communication required)Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)Strong willingness to learn, positive attitude, and proactive mindsetBasic knowledge or interest in network securityExperience working in a Windows-based environment is a plus!*Training and on-the-job support will be provided.
