Responsibilities
- Collaborate across HR functions (e.g., talent acquisition, learning and development, total rewards, employee relations) to design and update workflows, system configurations, and process enhancements within the HRIS platform and connected tools.
- Safeguard data accuracy and confidentiality across all HR platforms, ensuring appropriate access controls are maintained and regularly reviewed.
- Oversee and manage system-driven events including compensation planning cycles, performance reviews, and benefits enrollment.
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert and administrator for the HRIS, handling daily issues, complex problem resolution, and vendor escalations as needed.
- Manage system integrations, from implementation to maintenance and optimization.
- Act as the primary point of contact for any third-party HR tech or application management service providers supporting the HRIS ecosystem.
- Provide high-level oversight of payroll operations, ensuring adherence to compliance requirements and alignment with organizational policies.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of all payroll records in accordance with applicable laws and standards.
- Lead and support payroll staff responsible for processing regular and off-cycle payments for a workforce exceeding 1,000 employees.
- Review and validate critical payroll tasks, including new hire entries, changes in employment status, audit reporting, and payment accuracy.
- Offer expert-level guidance and troubleshooting support to internal departments using the HRIS platform.
