Responsibilities:
- Support overall compliance program activities, including risk assessments, monitoring routines, control evaluations, and issue tracking.
- Review business processes, products, services, and marketing materials to confirm alignment with consumer-protection and fair lending requirements.
- Assist with maintaining compliance policies, procedures, training content, and documentation standards.
- Conduct targeted testing and data reviews to assess control effectiveness and identify potential concerns.
- Help oversee compliance-related third-party relationships and coordinate audit preparation.
- Manage elements of the CRA program, including assessment area updates, data accuracy, performance tracking, and public file maintenance.
- Prepare periodic CRA summaries, dashboards, and committee materials for leadership and board reporting.
- Work with business units to identify and document CRA-eligible lending, investments, and community development activities.
- Support fair lending monitoring through data analysis of pricing, exceptions, and marketing practices.
- Participate in complaint trend review and UDAAP-related monitoring.
- Assist in preparing materials and responses for regulatory examinations, audits, and internal governance committees.
- Track remediation progress and provide updates to compliance and risk leadership.
Salary : $95,000 - $120,000
