We are currently partnering with one of our favorite clients in their search for a Controller to join their amazing team. In this role you will lead, direct, and manage all the accounting and financial functions of the company. You will establish accounting principles, practices and procedures while maintaining all financial records. You will develop, analyze, and interpret statistical and accounting information as well as set controls on budgets to mitigate risks to determine operating costs and results against business plans. Must have cost accounting experience!

Responsibilities
- Formulate, recommend and administer accounting and cost accounting related policies to ensure that proper financial controls are in place
- Oversee accounts receivables, accounts payables, credit & collection, cost accounting for operations
- Work with supply chain, production planning and operations to develop costing of products
- Prepare in conjunction with senior management and financial manager an annual budget and quarterly forecasts with sales team
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for internal management and board purposes
- Manage the company’s cash position
- Develop systems and procedures for the accounting department AP/AR
Qualifications
- CPA is not required but nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting. Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years of broad, well-rounded finance and cost accounting experience with 5 years in a supervisory role with significant financial responsibility
- 5 years working for a manufacturing company
Salary : $140,000 - $150,000
