Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processes
- Partner with leadership on employee relations and performance management
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Create and manage performance improvement plans
- Conduct salary benchmarking and support compensation planning
- Support benefits administration and day-to-day HR operations
- Help build and scale HR infrastructure to support company growth
Qualifications
- 4 years of progressive HR experience
- Experience in Architecture or Engineering strongly preferred
- Proven ability to work in a hands-on, standalone or small team environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience across recruiting, onboarding, and generalist functions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
