- Advise clients on capital markets transactions and corporate compliance matters
- Support public and private offerings, including securities law compliance under the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934

- Participate in mergers and acquisitions and cross-border transactions (including U.S./Canada, U.S./China, and U.S./Europe matters)

Salary : $245,000 - $265,000
