Territory Sales Manager – Heavy Equipment
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers by building new connections and nurturing existing partnerships.
- Drive revenue and sales growth across an assigned multi-state territory.
- Leverage a strong background in sales with a proactive approach to securing new business opportunities.
- Represent the company at trade shows, association meetings, and other industry events to promote the brand.
- Provide comprehensive product knowledge and training to dealers, customers, and end users.
- Coordinate and conduct field demonstrations, including operating machinery at demo work sites as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of heavy equipment/construction equipment.
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience in forestry or construction equipment.
- Hands-on expertise in the forestry and construction industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Physical ability to climb on, around, and operate machinery safely.
- Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting ability.
- Strong work ethic, motivated, driven, and a collaborative team player.
- Willingness to travel 60% of the time, with 40% home office work.

- Preferred Location: Des Moines, IA or Davenport, IA or Milwaukee, WI or Madison, WI or Cedar Rapids, IA or Rochester, MN
- Responsible Territory: Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska
