SKILLS REQUIRED
Primary (Must-Have):
• Adobe Workfront Expertise: Comprehensive development and configuration experience, explicitly utilizing the Workfront Unified Experience interface.
• Workfront Fusion Development: Advanced creation, testing, and optimization of complex Fusion scenarios, including API integrations, custom data mapping, error handling, and iterators.

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an elite Workfront Senior Developer and Workfront Fusion specialist to spearhead the technical execution of a high-priority, time-sensitive platform transition. Operating fully remote within the EST time zone, this consultant will design and deploy automated migration frameworks to ingest legacy CMP project data into Adobe Workfront. This role demands a blend of advanced integration engineering and strategic change management to rebuild campaign structures, configure team routing, and deliver hands-on technical hypercare to ensure flawless user adoption under a fixed, critical deadline.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Campaign Assessment & Rebuild: Evaluate active campaigns in legacy systems, classify them by business criticality, and architect a rebuild strategy within Workfront using standardized enterprise project shells.
• Fusion Scenario Engineering: Design, build, and test high-efficiency Workfront Fusion scenarios that ingest structured CSV data from SharePoint to auto-create Workfront projects, tasks, and cross-functional metadata.
• Migration & Archiving Execution: Define and execute a structured migration policy outlining preservation and retirement parameters; oversee large-scale DAM archive transfers to cloud storage infrastructure.
• Advanced Workflow Configuration: Tailor Workfront project templates, layout templates, group/team access controls, and custom request queues to perfectly replicate and optimize operational business workflows.
• Training & Change Management: Conduct organizational training needs assessments, build persona-specific curricula, and deliver targeted training sessions to ease platform transition friction.
• Parallel-Run & Hypercare Support: Serve as the primary technical anchor during parallel-run testing, troubleshooting API errors in real time, and maintaining platform stability through final production cutover.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with implementation vendors and internal workstreams to delineate boundary lines, align integration touchpoints, and eliminate redundancy.
