Senior Integration Solutions Developer

ECOM Specialist LLC is seeking an experienced Integration Solutions Expert to join our growing Professional Services team. This is a highly technical, customer-facing role responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise integration solutions across a wide variety of ERP, WMS, TMS, eCommerce, and supply chain platforms.

The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver with broad ERP integration experience who understands business processes as well as technical implementation. You will work directly with customers, business analysts, project managers, and software developers to deliver reliable, scalable integration solutions.

This position is 100% on-site in our Plano, Texas office.

1. Design, develop, and deploy enterprise integration solutions between ERP systems, trading partners, eCommerce platforms, and third-party applications.

Integrate with ERP platforms including:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
• Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
• NetSuite
• SAP Business One (SAP B1)
• Epicor
• Sage X3
• QuickBooks Enterprise
• Other ERP platforms as required

1. Design integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, GraphQL, OData, FTP/SFTP, AS2, HTTP/HTTPS, and database connectivity.
2. Configure and troubleshoot API integrations, middleware, and message transformations.
3. Work with SQL databases to extract, transform, and load business data.
4. Develop custom automation scripts and utilities to support integration workflows.
5. Build reusable integration components and templates.
6. Participate in customer requirements gathering and technical solution design sessions.
7. Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
8. Create technical documentation, interface specifications, mapping documents, and deployment procedures.
9. Collaborate with project managers to estimate implementation effort and meet project deadlines.
10. Support customer go-live activities and post-production stabilization.
11. Continuously identify opportunities to improve automation, performance, scalability, and reliability.
