SKILLS REQUIRED

Primary (Must-Have):

✔️Expert-level proficiency in Siebel Configuration, Web Tools, and Siebel Scripting

✔️Deep hands-on expertise in Siebel EAI, Web Services, and REST services integration

✔️Advanced development experience with Siebel Open UI (JQuery, HTML5, CSS, and custom plugins)

✔️Proven experience with Siebel Workspace and Integration Workspace concepts

✔️Strong professional communication skills with a track record of direct client and stakeholder engagement

Secondary (Good to Have):

✔️Proficiency in PL/SQL and Unix scripting for database and system administration

✔️Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Angular JS

✔️Demonstrated ability to design and develop enterprise solutions independently

✔️Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery models

✔️Background in collaborating with distributed global teams and external vendors

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Siebel Technical Lead to join our client’s team in Ft. Worth, TX. This role requires a seasoned professional with over 8 years of specialized experience in Siebel architecture and hands-on development. The successful candidate will act as a key technical authority, bridging the gap between complex business requirements and robust, scalable IT solutions. This is an onsite engagement focused on driving technical excellence and high-impact delivery within an enterprise-grade CRM environment.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

✔️Lead the end-to-end design and development of Siebel solutions, maintaining architectural integrity across all project phases

✔️Execute complex development tasks using Siebel Config, Web Tools, and Open UI, ensuring seamless performance and user experience

✔️Act as the primary technical point of contact for business and IT stakeholders, translating needs into technical specifications and delivering high-quality results

✔️Manage integration points through Siebel EAI and REST services, ensuring system stability and data accuracy in distributed environments

✔️Provide hands-on mentorship and collaborative leadership to the development team, fostering a high-performance and inclusive work environment
