SKILLS REQUIRED:
Primary (Must-Have):
• Desktop & Endpoint Support: Strong expertise in Windows desktop environments, multi-monitor, and high-performance workstation setup.
• Financial Industry Tools: Working knowledge of Bloomberg, Aladdin, and market data platforms; experience with Portfolio Management tools.
• Infrastructure & VDI: Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory, VPN, Networking, and VDI/Citrix Cloud.
• ITSM & Process: Experience with ServiceNow or Jira; solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and SLA-driven support.
• Field Service Operations: Proven track record in high-pressure Field Service environments supporting traders and portfolio managers.

• GenAI & Innovation: Exposure to GenAI testing and AI-driven ticket triage/automation tools.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional "white-glove" support capability for VIP/senior stakeholders.
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking 4 dedicated Desktop Support Engineers to provide on-site, mission-critical support in Wilmington, DE. You will serve as the primary IT point of contact for front-office users, including portfolio managers, traders, and research analysts. This role demands composure, technical precision, and a "white-glove" service mindset to ensure seamless operation of trading systems and high-performance workstations during active market hours.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide dedicated desk-side support for front-office users, ensuring minimal disruption to trade execution and portfolio management.
• Own end-to-end incident resolution for market-sensitive systems, including trading turrets, voice systems, and collaboration tools.
• Perform complex hardware configurations, including multi-monitor setups and high-performance trading workstations.
• Utilize ServiceNow/Jira to manage incidents with strict adherence to investment-impact SLAs.
• Leverage GenAI-driven tools for ticket triage, knowledge base contributions, and improved service delivery metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to resolve priority issues impacting market data feeds and order management systems.
• Participate in new-joiner onboarding and ensure secure mobile/remote access for investment staff.
