SKILLS REQUIRED
Primary (Must-Have):
• Extensive experience with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)
• Deep knowledge of Zero Trust security architecture and implementation
• Expertise in Proxy Implementation, Identity Aware Proxy (IAP), and Reverse Proxy tools
• Proficiency in Network Configuration and Zscaler Web Security protocols
• Hands-on experience with Proxy Auto-Configuration (PAC) file creation, management, and optimization
Secondary (Good to Have):
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Zscaler Certified Professional - ZCP, CCNP Security)
• Proven track record in a large enterprise environment (12 years of relevant experience)

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Security Engineer with over 12 years of experience to manage and optimize our Zscaler-based security infrastructure. This role is critical in maintaining a robust Zero Trust environment, ensuring seamless connectivity, and safeguarding enterprise assets. The successful candidate will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of Zscaler solutions, working collaboratively within a hybrid team environment to uphold the highest security standards.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive Zscaler security solutions, ensuring seamless integration within complex enterprise environments.
• Develop, manage, and troubleshoot Zscaler security and access policies to strictly enforce organizational security requirements.
• Create, update, and optimize PAC (Proxy Auto-Configuration) files to ensure secure, efficient internet traffic routing.
• Configure and manage application and forwarding profiles to support mission-critical business applications and secure connectivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT and security teams to resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement long-term preventive measures.
• Act as a subject matter expert, staying ahead of emerging network security trends to recommend and implement architecture best practices.
