What You’ll Be Doing…
• Answer and direct moderate incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Email invoices and send receipts using Outlook and company templates
• Perform basic administrative support using Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Maintain organized and accurate filing of invoices and office documents
• Support daily front office operations within a small two-person office environment
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive phone presence

• Strong reliability and ability to consistently maintain scheduled hours
• Friendly and professional communication skills with strong phone etiquette
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Entry-level experience welcome
Additional Details
Location: Snohomish, WA (100% onsite)
Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday | 8:00AM–2:00PM
Assignment Length: June 16th–August 28th
Pay Rate: $20.00–$22.00 per hour DOE
Environment: Small office setting covering a maternity leave
Additional Notes: No time off requests, please
