What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant/Receptionist position at Pioneer Tree Service & Landscaping, Inc.?
We are looking for an office manager that is dependable, highly motivated and can take on a leadership role. We are a local tree and landscaping business that is family owned and operated that is looking to expand our team.
Job Responsibilities include:
* Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with scheduling and service
* Creating invoices and processing payments
* Communication and scheduling of jobs with our crew
* Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
* Coordinating with book keeper to ensure expenses and invoices are properly entered and categorized
* Updating social media page, creating content for social media pages
Ideal Qualifications:
* Familiarity experience with Quickbooks / book keeping
* Basic understanding of social media advertising
* Previous office or administrative experience preferred
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
* Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, scheduling software)
* Professional phone and customer service skills
* Reliable and punctual
**Marketing / sales experience a bonus**
