What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Landscaper position at Pioneer Tree Service & Landscaping, Inc.?
We are looking for a lead landscaper that enjoys working outside, is dependable, highly motivated and can take on a leadership role. We are a local tree and landscaping business that is family owned and operated that is looking to expand our team.
Ideal qualifications include:
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Able to operate various equipment operation (mini skid steer, mower, excavator, compact equipment)
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work well with a team
- CDL is a plus but not required
- Previous landscaping or leadership experience also a bonus
Job Responsibilities
- Landscape installation and landscape maintenance
- Planting trees, shrubs, and plants
- Mulching, edging, and preparing landscape beds
- Routine lawn care and property clean-ups
- Operating landscaping tools and equipment safely
- Assisting with landscape construction projects
- Maintaining clean and organized job site
- Designing and constructing decks and fences
