We’re partnering with a healthcare organization seeking a Patient Access Coordinator to support patient registration and front-end intake within the Urgent Care Imaging department. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Greet and assist patients and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming experience
• Complete patient registration by collecting accurate demographic and insurance information
• Interview patients to gather financial and medical data required for services
• Verify insurance coverage and explain financial responsibilities
• Collect payments and obtain required signatures
• Communicate hospital policies, procedures, and services to patients
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with registration standards
What Your Work History Should Show
• 1 year of healthcare office or patient-facing experience (required)
• Experience with patient registration, admissions, or front desk support preferred
• Epic experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
• Basic typing and data entry skills (10-key experience a plus)
Additional Details
Location: Bellevue, WA (100% onsite)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $23.00–$30.00 per hour DOE
Employment Model: 3-month contract
Requirements: Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen, and provide full immunization records
