About the Role
Fidelitone is looking for experienced Final Mile Delivery & Installation Contractors to provide white-glove delivery and installation services.
This opportunity is designed for established delivery teams capable of handling residential deliveries with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. Contractors will be responsible for transporting products to customers' homes and completing delivery and installation services to a high standard.
What You'll Do
- Complete final-mile residential deliveries
- Provide professional white-glove customer service
- Safely transport products to customer locations
- Perform furniture and product installation as required
- Protect customer homes and products during delivery
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Maintain delivery schedules and service standards
- Complete required delivery documentation
- Work effectively as a two-person delivery team
- Maintain required vehicle and contractor standards
What We're Looking For
- Experience with final-mile or white-glove delivery
- Two-person delivery team
- 26-foot white box truck with lift gate
- Truck must be a 2008 model or newer
- Valid driver's license
- Clean motor vehicle record
- Active MC and DOT numbers
- Active interstate authority
- Appropriate commercial insurance
- Strong customer-service skills
- Ability to safely handle and install delivered products
