About the Role
Little Miner Taco is hiring a Food Truck Lead to help operate its mobile food business. This is an opportunity for an experienced restaurant professional who enjoys working in fast-paced environments and is comfortable taking responsibility for food quality, service, and day-to-day food truck operations.
The Food Truck Lead will help keep the truck organized, execute food to LMT standards, support the team during events, and ensure customers receive the same quality experience they expect from Little Miner Taco's restaurants.
What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day food truck operations
- Prepare and execute Little Miner Taco menu items
- Maintain food quality and consistency
- Set up and stock the food truck
- Keep food preparation areas clean and organized
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Coordinate team members during service
- Help manage high-volume service periods
- Communicate clearly with team members and customers
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Travel to different events and locations
- Represent the Little Miner Taco brand professionally
What We’re Looking For
- Previous line cook or professional kitchen experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant
- Valid driver's license
- Comfortable traveling to events and locations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead by example
- Reliable and organized work habits
- Ability to maintain quality during busy service
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
