About the Role
We’re hiring a Hotel General Manager for a select-service hotel near Dayton, Ohio. This is a great fit for an experienced hotel leader who can oversee daily operations, develop teams, drive financial performance and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance and food and beverage when applicable
- Ensure brand standards, company policies and regulatory requirements are consistently followed
- Manage budgets, forecasts, labor costs and operating expenses
- Lead, coach and develop department leaders and hotel staff
- Monitor guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly
- Partner with sales and revenue teams to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Analyze market and competitor trends to support pricing and promotional strategies
- Maintain a positive, inclusive and collaborative workplace
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of progressive hotel management experience
- Experience with Hilton or Marriott brands preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Strong leadership, communication and financial management skills
- Hands-on management style with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to work collaboratively across hotel departments
