- Lead, coach, and develop a team of senior sales executives responsible for managing and growing relationships with the company’s top clients across all verticals
- Define and execute strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and client retention
- Partner closely with executive leadership to align sales strategy with overall business objectives
- Act as a senior sponsor on key accounts, strengthening executive-level relationships with clients
- Support and guide the sales team in closing complex, solutions-oriented enterprise-level deals
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and across target markets
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, pricing, and solutions teams to deliver customized logistics solutions
- Establish performance metrics, monitor results, and drive accountability across the team
- Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform company strategy
- 12 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain sales, with a strong track record of success
- Proven leadership experience managing high-performing, enterprise-level sales teams
- Deep understanding of logistics solutions, including final mile, truckload, intermodal, and dedicated services
- Demonstrated ability to influence and close large, complex deals through team leadership and executive engagement
- Strong executive presence with the ability to build relationships at the C-suite level
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership style
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Salary : $225,000 - $250,000
