Job Summary
Under the direction of the Speech-Language Pathologist, the Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) will provide an array of screening, treatment, and clerical assistance to OCSA’s licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support students with communicative disorders, with a primary focus on pragmatic language interventions, as well as treatment of fluency disorders, receptive/expressive language delays/deficits, articulation disorders, and/or other speech/language related issues; as well as support student IEP goals and objectives and follow and implement treatment plan and protocol to improve student speech/language development, skills, and abilities in the classroom, group, and/or individual sessions.
