Job Summary
Under the direction of the Chief Operations Officer, the Director of Information Technology oversees and manages all user business-related database systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and operational efficiency. This role involves developing database management policies and procedures, monitoring emerging technologies, and conducting data analysis to optimize performance. The Director of Information Technology manages the outsourced IT service provider responsible for desktop support, help desk, and networking functions. Additionally, the position serves as Webmaster, collaborating with the Marketing team and external vendors to maintain and enhance web-based systems for business and marketing functions. The role also includes overseeing MySchoolBucks, AudienceView/OvationTix, and Jumbula software across schools, providing support for fundraising, admissions, and box office operations.
