Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)
Part-Time | Fountain Valley, CA
Hours: 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM - 3-4 days a week and Saturday
Therapy Lab of OCis looking for a passionate and reliable Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)to join our supportive and growing team! We are a privately owned, therapist-run practice that specializes in pediatric speech and occupational therapy. We pride ourselves on our warm, collaborative work culture and commitment to providing high-quality, individualized care.
Position Highlights:
- Part-time afternoon/evening schedule: schedule can be billed around your availability. However, must be available 3 to 4 days a week after school hours and Saturdays.
- Opportunity to add more clients and grow your caseload

- You will be fully supported by a team of experienced SLPs, OTs, and administrative staff
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Implement individualized treatment plans and track client progress
- Collaborate with therapists, caregivers, and staff to ensure effective and coordinated care
- Maintain documentation in a timely and organized manner
Qualifications:
- Valid SLPA license in the state of California
- Previous experience with pediatric populations preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and a positive attitude
- Passion for working with children and helping them thrive
