Job Title: Integration Architect
Job Location: Remote, but onsite 4 days/ month onsite in Salisbury, MD. Client will pay for travel and housing for Mon-Thurs 1 week per month to satisfy this requirement. Must be in EST
Job Salary: $195,000 - 210,000 per year. Annual incentive: 25%, Long term incentive: 10%
Visa: Must be a USC or GC Holder / no sponsorship
The Principal Integration Architect will be responsible for creating integration architectures that connect various SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation across cloud and on-premises environments. This role involves defining, implementing, and monitoring compliance to integration guidelines and quality standards, while working closely with business and functional teams to understand requirements and architect solutions on S4Hana. The position is part of a major initiative defining standards with PwC, focusing on a 5-year plan for S4 transformation.
Job Must Haves:
- 10 years experience in SAP/integration - Need full development in their past (just to have understanding) and current experience shows they architected solutions on S/4.
- Experience with SAP BTP and CPI
- Experience architecting solutions with middleware on S4Hana, ensuring compliance with integration guidelines and standards
- Good communication skills - work with business and functional teams
- Experience in providing strategies in optimizing the performance of integration solutions
What the responsibilities are of the right candidate:
- Create integration architectures for SAP and non-SAP systems
- Define, implement, and monitor compliance to integration guidelines and quality standards
- Work with business and functional teams to understand requirements and architect solutions
- Optimize performance of integration solutions and ensure compliance with standards
Current initiatives / Project / Environment and notes from the manager:
- They’re starting the S/4 implementation in April - needing help defining the integration standards and guardrails
- Working with the enterprise architects - great communicator who can work with the business and functional teams and provide solutions to the teams
- Need to be able to say no to stakeholders
Main integrations:
- S/4 is the main integration - using BTP
- Successfactors (almost done with this one)
- Salesforce integrations with S/4
- TMS - transportation management systems
- Maximo - procurement, going to have a ton of integrations here
