Job Summary:
Communicate with Dealers and ADI's on a regular basis to support them with the Accessories Digital Solution Application.
Job Responsibilities:
The Accessories Digital Solution (ADS) platform is utilized by the OEM Accessories team to allow our OEM dealers the ability to order accessory parts. ADS also provides ecommerce shopping integration of accessories on our OEM brand and dealer websites.
As an ADS (Accessories Digital Solution) Account Supervisor, you will work closely with our participating OEM dealers, as well as our distribution network of ADl's (Accessory Distributor & Installer). You will be the primary contact for these parties on our ADS program.
Requirements:
- Liaison between Dealer's, ADl's and the OEM ADS team.
- Perform program enrollments with OEM dealers.
- Provide OEM dealers and ADl's support on the ADS platform and program.
- Lead training initiatives with the dealer and ADI network.
- Be an SME on the ADS program and platform.
- Assist in resolving dealer B2B and B2C order issues as needed.
- Monitor and improve assigned dealers and ADl's order fulfillment metrics related to
- ecommerce orders from dealer and OEM brand websites.
- Assist OEM field teams with program education and awareness.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles- written and oral; can get messages across that have the desired effect
- Ability to crisply frame issues to make clear conclusions and recommendations.
- High comfort level guiding users through task remotely without face-to-face interactions
- Proficient MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- Prior dealership and automotive experience.
- Prior CRM or account management experience.
- Experience with WebEx and remote desktop tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
