Manufacturing Automation Engineer (PLC, Vision & Robotics)
Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Automation Engineer with experience in PLC programming, industrial camera/vision systems, and cobots or robots to support manufacturing and automated testing processes.
Responsibilities
- Integrate and support camera/vision systems with PLCs and cobots/robots
- Program and troubleshoot PLC-controlled automation systems
- Set up and validate new automated testing and inspection equipment
- Support machining and CNC-related automation
- Troubleshoot automation issues and support production
- Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, Robotics, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field (Prefer Masters Degree)
- Hands-on experience with PLCs, vision systems, and robotics
- Manufacturing or plant-floor experience required
- Machining experience preferred
