SUMMARY
Under the supervision of Document Imaging Supervisors and Document Imaging Leads, the Scanning Specialist will be responsible for prepping, scanning, and indexing documents. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining quality assurance, compliance, and production metrics.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Report suspected Abuse, Neglect, Exploitation, Isolation, and Abandonment (ANEIA) immediately as mandated by state law.
- Responsible for prepping, scanning, indexing, and verifying records accurately.
- Maintain accurate records, including quality assurance, conversions, and document tracking.
- Ability to perform work at established production rates.
- Perform minor scanner setup adjustments.
- May be assigned other duties as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: Previous experience in clerical or administrative support.
- Preferred: Previous experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
- Preferred: Working knowledge of HIPAA, i-SIGMA, or similar data privacy and security standards.
