Responsibilities
· Works with sensitive legal information and must maintain confidentiality.
· Reading, reviewing, and auditing debts, legal compliance documents, subpoenas, and summons.
· Responsible for data integrity of all fields within internal systems to ensure that information can be extracted for external team use.
· Performs quality assurance of data to ensure proper follow through and reports to department manager with any inconsistencies.
· Responsible for efficient communication, harmonious interaction, and support of co-workers and management team members.
· Always maintains and promotes company brand guidelines and core values.
· Results orientated – the ability to plan, problem solve, delegate, and achieve business goals within the timelines established.
· Maintain company and team culture and always maintain business professionalism.
· Performs other tasks the manager assigns to provide general support to company operations.
Requirements
· Must be proficient at using various computer platforms & systems, including Excel, PowerPoint, Google, CRMs, and other portals.
· Working knowledge of debts, legal compliance of debts, subpoenas, and court summons preferred.
· Strong ability to multi-task and solve problems.
· Strong ability to assess, understand and act on issues with minimal assistance.
· Strong and clear communication skills.
· Excellent attention to detail and ability to work methodically for long periods of time with a high volume of data.
· Strong problem-solving ability.
