ABOUT THIS POSITION
The Accounts Payable Clerk provides accounting/bookkeeping support for Chief Financial Officer in the areas of accounts payable and other financial areas as needed. Provides support/reports for other departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
A full job description will be provided for review during the interview process.
- Responsible for accurately entering purchase orders into the accounting system.
- Maintain processed check requests and all other accounts payable/purchase order filing.
- Monitor bank accounts to ensure checks have cleared and to monitor available cash balance.
- Reconcile vendor statements with invoices and communicate with vendors about statements.
- Exemplify Jesus Christ daily, sharing the gospel or praying with others as opportunities arise.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Two or more years of Accounts Payable (all aspects) experience
AN IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD HAVE...
- Associates Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- A visible, growing, and committed relationship with Christ, based on knowledge of scripture and life experience.
- Consistent attendance at and involvement with a local Christian church.

- Job Type: Full Time
- Pay Range: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
- Pay Frequency: Bi-Weekly
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.
- Work Location: Omaha Campus
