About the Role:
As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play a key role by processing expense reports and invoices quickly and accurately. Working as part of a collaborative team, your efforts will ensure everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. This is a project role that will last 2 months!
What You’ll Do:
- Review and process expense reports submitted by transferees in alignment with established policies and procedures.
- Manage invoices from service partners and uphold client guidelines.
- Collaborate with the expense team and support other tasks assigned by management.
What You Bring:
- Background in accounting, data entry, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook, with strong typing skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- High organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
- A natural aptitude for interpreting policies and solving complex problems.
- Experience with payroll or accounts payable is a plus!
- The ability to adapt, multitask, and work collaboratively across teams.
