Open Door Mission is seeking an experienced Accountant to start as soon as possible!
This person will provide accounting/bookkeeping support for CFO in the areas of payroll, accounts payable, and other financial areas as needed.

- You have a visible relationship with Christ
- You are proficient with Google G-Suite and general computer operations
- You have a Bachelor's Degree in an accounting field.
- You are able to effectively communicate and posses human relations skills.
- You are an advanced or above level in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
- Has two or more years of accounting experience.
- Has the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
- Has task flexibility skills.
- LLC Financial Statements
- Reconciling Bank Accounts and G/L Accounts
- Process Health Insurance Claims.
- Receive rents, report past dues.
- Year end 1099, 1098 reports.
- Prepare bi-weekly payroll.
- Order office supplies.
- Assist in all accounting functions: general ledger, budget and cash flow.

- Pay Range: $45,000 - $60,000 annually
- Pay Frequency: Bi-Weekly
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
