As a Frontier Representative, you’ll be the go-to guide for anyone figuring out their next Frontier move—be it a new cell phone, upgraded internet, or wireless smart home device. The Frontier Representative learns how to explain features, process activations smoothly, and resolve issues thoughtfully by working within Frontier’s framework.
Frontier Representative Responsibilities:
- Introduce Frontier’s wireless, internet, and device solutions to customers with clear, accurate communication that builds trust and highlights service value.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to match customer connectivity needs with the right Frontier service plans, bundled options, and device solutions.
- Process activations, upgrades, and service modifications while ensuring compliance with Frontier protocols and maintaining accurate account documentation.
- Maintain organized data flow by recording customer interactions, tracking enrollment progress, and adhering to privacy standards.
- Troubleshoot service concerns and resolve inquiries, escalating complex cases through proper channels to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Frontier Representative team members and leadership to refine outreach strategies, share customer insights, and strengthen overall campaign performance.
Frontier Representative Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree or coursework in Business, Communications, Marketing, or Technology preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to clearly explain wireless, internet, and sales solutions to local customers.
- Customer support, retail, or sales experience is valued, particularly within telecom, subscription‑based, or technology‑driven industries.
- Organized, proactive, and adaptable, with proven resilience in fast‑paced customer engagement environments.
- Ability to adapt to and utilize client-provided technology to properly track sales data and improve overall processes.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
