Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with residential customers in designated territories, promoting and selling Frontier's suite of telecommunications services.
- Conduct in-person consultations to assess customer needs and recommend tailored fiber internet, voice, and TV packages.
- Guide new customers through the entire sales process, ensuring a smooth and confident sign-up from start to finish.
- Actively manage and develop your assigned Entry Level Account Manager market, identifying new customer acquisition opportunities.
- Exceed individual and team sales targets by using a consultative, solution-focused approach.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities using our client tools.
- Provide exceptional follow-up service to newly enrolled customers, building a foundation for lasting relationships.
- Collaborate with Entry Level Account Manager team members and leadership to share insights and refine D2D outreach strategies.
