As a Customer Service Associate, you will translate Frontier's service capabilities into exceptional customer experiences through sales support and relationship management. The Customer Service Associate role requires developing expertise in customer relations, account performance tracking, and engagement practices.
Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:
- Set up new customer accounts by verifying service selections and coordinating activation and installation for internet, TV, and phone.
- Keep sales records updated with service milestones, customer interactions, and account changes to support tracking and retention.
- Respond to sales inquiries and account requests with clarity and professionalism, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor usage trends and feedback to identify upgrade opportunities and improve service adoption.
- Work with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and maintain Frontier’s standards for care and sales campaign delivery.
- Support territory growth by aligning local trends with outreach goals, service benchmarks, and campaign performance metrics.
Customer Service Associate Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; coursework in business, communications, or technology is a plus.
- Experience in sales, customer service, retail, client relations, or a similar people-facing role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and ensure timely updates.
- Proficient in client platforms and sales tools, with a focus on accurate data entry, account tracking, and service documentation.
- Adaptable and goal-driven, able to meet sales benchmarks and thrive in performance-based environments.
