As a Sales Team Member Trainee, you will serve as the technical authority on Frontier's wireless portfolio, guiding clients through comprehensive solution design and seamless activation processes. This Sales Team Member Trainee role provides training in advanced sales strategy, competitive product positioning, and strategic campaign execution to enhance community connectivity throughout the local market.
Sales Team Member Trainee Responsibilities:
- Promote Frontier’s wireless solutions by launching structured outreach campaigns and educating customers on service features, coverage, and device compatibility.
- Guide customers through wireless service selection, recommending packages based on usage patterns, budget, and connectivity goals.
- Coordinate account setup and activation, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth provisioning across assigned territories.
- Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism, resolving service issues and providing remote support for device setup and troubleshooting.
- Maintain sales accuracy by logging customer interactions, service milestones, and account updates to support campaign tracking and retention.
- Analyze feedback and usage trends to identify upgrade opportunities and improve outreach effectiveness.
Sales Team Member Trainee Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; coursework in business, communications, or technology preferred.
- Experience in wireless sales, customer support, or technical outreach—especially in telecom, mobile, or subscription-based services.
