Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure smooth communication across the team. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Assist with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Greet visitors and provide general support to staff and leadership
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Perform other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
- Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads
