Title: Sales Representative
Location: Oconomowoc, WI
The Sales Representative serves as a trusted brand ambassador and technical sales expert, building strong relationships with architects, contractors, dealers, designers, masons, and project owners to promote and sell the company’s hardscape, landscape, and concrete masonry products. This field-based sales role is responsible for territory growth, consultative selling, product specification support, jobsite visits, and business development.
This position plays a critical role in expanding market presence by combining relationship management, technical expertise, and strategic prospecting to drive revenue and long-term customer partnerships.
- Maintaining effective relationships with current customers that lead to increased sales and revenue
- Working in conjunction with local, regional, and national promotional efforts within masonry and paving
- Identifying and prospecting for new customers and documenting for CRM
- Working closely with customers and contractors to develop sales strategies and specifications
- Analyzing market trends and develop action plans to capitalize on shifts in market
- Preparing sales projects and prospecting activity reports for monthly meetings
