Role Overview
The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for executing and maintaining core HR processes across the organization. This role focuses on hiring coordination, onboarding, documentation, compliance tracking, and employee lifecycle administration.
This is a highly process driven position that requires strong organization, attention to detail, and consistent follow through. The Human Resources Coordinator ensures that all HR workflows are completed accurately, on time, and in alignment with company standards, while supporting the Human Resources Manager and broader leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will support the execution of HR processes and ensure consistency across all employee related workflows. Your responsibilities include:
Hiring and Recruiting Coordination
- Post and manage job listings across hiring platforms
- Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and internal teams
- Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
- Administer skills assessments and collect candidate feedback
- Maintain organized records of candidate pipelines and hiring activity
Onboarding and Offboarding Coordination
- Execute onboarding checklists and ensure timely completion
- Coordinate system access, equipment setup, and internal introductions
- Schedule training sessions and track completion of required documentation
- Ensure all onboarding paperwork and acknowledgments are completed
- Manage offboarding logistics including system access removal and documentation
- Maintain a consistent and organized onboarding and offboarding experience
HR Administration and Systems
- Maintain accurate employee records, files, and acknowledgments
- Track compliance related documentation and internal deadlines
- Ensure consistency across forms, agreements, and employee records
- Support updates to employee information and internal systems
- Assist with PEO system coordination and data accuracy
Communication and Internal Coordination
- Serve as a point of contact for employee process related questions
- Route sensitive or escalated matters to the appropriate manager or leadership
- Ensure follow ups are completed and documented across teams
- Coordinate across departments to support smooth execution of HR processes
- Support internal communications related to HR processes and updates
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 4 years of experience in HR, operations, or administrative roles
- Strong organizational and process management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with HR systems, CRM tools, or similar platforms
- Strong email organization and structured communication habits
- Software and platform adeptness with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Habit of checking work thoroughly before completion

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $54,000 to $66,000 annually based on experience
- Annual performance based bonuses
