Prominent law firm is seeking a Senior Medical Malpractice Trial Attorney for their White Plains office. Ideal candidate will have prior trial experience and have 10 years of medical malpractice and/or nursing home litigation experience.
Responsibilities:
- Taking and defending depositions;
- Draft briefs, motions for summary judgment, pleadings, discovery;
- Prepare and examine witnesses;
- Participate in trial strategies
- Appear in court, conferences and trials
- Represent clients at courtroom appearances
Qualifications:
- Must be admitted in New York
- JD
- Must have familiarity and experience with NY Courts;
- Excellent research, writing and verbal communication skills required;
- A minimum of 10 years of experience
