Prominent defense firm with a national practice is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3 years of Medical Malpractice experience to join their growing Baltimore Maryland office. This is an excellent opportunity for an Associate to take on important responsibilities with a leading medical malpractice, healthcare provider, and long-term care provider defense team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle cases from inception to conclusion
- Take and defend depositions
- Make court appearances
- Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery
- Prepare for trial
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate
- Excellent research and writing skills
- 3 years of Medical Malpractice defense experience
- Licensed to practice and in good standing in Maryland.
Base Salary range 150k (DOE) Bonuses Comprehensive Benefits Package.
