Prominent defense firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2 years of Medical Malpractice experience to join their growing White Plains office. This is an excellent opportunity for an Associate to take on important responsibilities with a leading medical malpractice, healthcare provider, and long-term care provider defense team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle cases from inception to conclusion
- Take and defend depositions
- Make court appearances
- Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery
- Prepare for trial
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate
- Excellent research and writing skills
- 2 years of Medical Malpractice defense experience
- Licensed to practice and in good standing in New York
Base Salary 140k-200k (DOE) Bonuses Comprehensive Benefits Package.
