Leading prominent firm with a national practice is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney with 3 years of litigation experience to join their thriving Baltimore Maryland office. Firm's culture is collegial, supportive and flexible. Option to work a hybrid schedule.
Experience in practice areas such as General Liability, Professional Liability, Medical Malpractice, Construction, Trucking, Insurance Defense or Personal Injury desired.
Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned cases and prepare periodic status reports for clients
- Handle cases from inception to conclusion
- Take and defend depositions
- Court appearances
- Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate
- Excellent research and writing skills
- 3 years of litigation experience
- Licensed to practice and in good standing in Maryland. Licenses in VA or D.C. is a plus!
Base Salary range 150k-190k Multiple Bonuses Comprehensive Benefits Package.
