Become a Key Player as a Product Repair Technician
You will help the team deliver efficient, compliant repair services on returned equipment, ensuring products meet regulatory and customer requirements. You will work onsite on a first shift schedule (Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm), collaborating with production and quality stakeholders to drive timely turnarounds and continuous improvement.
Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
Perform teardowns, overhauls, and functional testing of repair station products and items
Ensure all repair work follows procedures and correct document revisions
Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair shop equipment as required
Document all repairs and re-certifications per regulatory, customer, and departmental requirements
Assist in developing and implementing product improvement initiatives
Complete required trainings to maintain job knowledge and skills
Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; support variable schedules including occasional nights/weekends as needed
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
2 years of relevant experience
Ability to perform teardowns, overhauls, and functional testing
Ability to read, understand, and follow manuals, blueprints, and written work instructions
Proven troubleshooting skills to component level on complex electronic circuits
Proficiency with computers and ability to use all hand tools
Vocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in a related field
