Become a Key Player as an Assembler B
You will accurately and efficiently assemble and test products to meet customer quality and on-time delivery schedules, contributing to lean initiatives that increase productivity and reduce costs. You will work closely with supervisors, quality teams, and production staff in an onsite manufacturing environment on a first shift schedule (5:30 AM–1:30 PM).
Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
Perform basic assembly and test work using hand and power tools, mechanical and electronic tools, test equipment, and assembly fixtures.
Record test results on data forms and use basic electrical equipment and flow meters.
Interpret blueprints, engineering orders, assembly routes, test specifications, and quality directives.
Produce and inspect assemblies to ensure conformance with product specifications and industry standards.
Perform touch-up or full-surface painting of parts, including mixing paint and cleaning parts.
Participate in lean initiatives by identifying and suggesting process improvements.
Follow all safety rules, maintain a foreign-object-damage-free work area, and ensure equipment calibration.
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
0–1 year of general mechanical work experience.
Ability to read and understand blueprints, route sheets, and test specifications.
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and use basic computer skills.
Strong mechanical reasoning and ability to select appropriate procedures, techniques, tools, and equipment.
Effective verbal and written communication and ability to work in a team environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Pay Range
$17.60 - $22.00/hour
