FAA - Product Repair Technician

You will help the team deliver efficient, compliant repair services on returned equipment, ensuring products meet regulatory and customer requirements. You will work onsite on a first shift schedule (Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm), collaborating with production and quality stakeholders to drive timely turnarounds and continuous improvement.

• Perform teardowns, overhauls, and functional testing of repair station products and items
• Ensure all repair work follows procedures and correct document revisions
• Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair shop equipment as required
• Document all repairs and re-certifications per regulatory, customer, and departmental requirements
• Assist in developing and implementing product improvement initiatives
• Complete required trainings to maintain job knowledge and skills
• Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; support variable schedules including occasional nights/weekends as needed

• 2 years of relevant experience
• Ability to perform teardowns, overhauls, and functional testing
• Ability to read, understand, and follow manuals, blueprints, and written work instructions
• Proven troubleshooting skills to component level on complex electronic circuits
• Proficiency with computers and ability to use all hand tools
• Vocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in a related field

• FAA Repair Station background
• Experience with 5S and FOD-free work practices
• SAP proficiency
• Certifications such as J-STD-001 or IPC-610

$21.28 - $26.60/hour
