💼 Full-Time | $70–80K Uncapped Commission Full Benefits
We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in the construction and building materials industry. If you thrive on building relationships, closing deals, and driving market growth—this opportunity is for you.
🔹 What You’ll Do:
• Drive market development across single-family builders & multifamily renovation segments
• Manage project bidding, contract review & project coordination
• Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors & property managers
• Expand existing accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities
• Introduce and grow additional product lines within current customers
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
• 5 years of construction sales experience (required)
• Experience with project bidding and building industry (preferred)
• Strong understanding of construction materials (appliances, cabinetry, countertops)
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
• Ability to build rapport and long-term client relationships
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Kitchen & Bath Design experience is a plus
